FAQ

A little bit about me: I am a professional photographer who covers the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. When I am not interviewing or photographing athletes, I run my other business, Viviana Podhaiski Photography where I photograph weddings and families. I live in Hopewell Junction with my husband, children and my most awesome dog, Kanzi!

How did this project come about? In between the other work I do, I love working on photography projects that involve your everyday people. Two years ago my husband was laid off from his job and we contemplated moving out of the area. Our kids protested, “We can’t move, we love where we live!! It’s the best place EVER!!!” Luckily everything worked out and we are still in the beautiful Hudson Valley. I decided that when it was time for the next project, I’d include my beautiful town.
